Position - WhatsApp Growth & CRM Manager

Role -

*Core Responsibilities* -

1. WhatsApp Inbox Ownership (Daily)

Own the SleekFlow inbox end-to-end

Ensure 100% chat assignment

Enforce response SLAs across the sales team

Maintain clean chat states (New / In Progress / Waiting / Closed)

Ensure mandatory notes on every conversation

2. WhatsApp Marketing & Broadcasts

Plan and execute approved WhatsApp broadcasts

Segment customers (past buyers, inquiries, dealers, inactive users)

Use templates correctly (no account bans, no spam)

Route hot replies to sales team

3. Customer Database & Targeting

Maintain and improve WhatsApp customer lists

Tag users by: Bike type, tyre category, purchase stage

Build re-engagement flows for: Old customers, repeat buyers, upgrade prospects to sales immediately

4. WhatsApp API & Tool Management

Manage WhatsApp Business API inside SleekFlow

Coordinate with SleekFlow support for: Profile, templates, automations

Continuously evaluate alternatives (WATI / Interakt / Zoko): Cost, broadcast limits, inbox reliability, support quality

Present clear recommendations, not opinions

5. Compliance & Quality Control

Ensure Meta WhatsApp policies are followed

Protect account health & messaging limits

Maintain brand tone: premium, professional, fast

6. Sales Team WhatsApp Governance (Critical)

Define and enforce WhatsApp usage standards for all sales team business numbers

Ensure: Correct business profile setup, approved bio, CTA, and branding

Consistent response etiquette with status usage

Act as the central WhatsApp process owner across: SleekFlow inbox (central) and Individual sales WhatsApp Business accounts

Experience -

Worked on SleekFlow / WATI / Interakt / Zoko or any other Meta verified business partners

Understanding of: Templates, broadcast limits, opt-ins, meta policies.
