Roles and Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Build talent pipelines through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and employee referrals. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements. Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. Support HR operations including employee engagement, HRIS updates, attendance & leave management, and compliance documentation. Assist in performance management processes, training coordination, and other HR initiatives. Desired Candidate Profile: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA in HR is a plus. 2-4 years of experience in recruitment & HR operations (preferably in retail sector). Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and exposure to HR systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive approach.
Role & responsibilities Deliver sales & revenue targets through effective store management. Ensure 100% adherence to SOPs in operations, stock, cash, and audits. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of SOPs, KRAs, audits, and retail operations. Hands-on with POS, ERP, MIS, and reporting portals.
