Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Build talent pipelines through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Support HR operations including employee engagement, HRIS updates, attendance & leave management, and compliance documentation.
  • Assist in performance management processes, training coordination, and other HR initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA in HR is a plus.
  • 2-4 years of experience in recruitment & HR operations (preferably in retail sector).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and exposure to HR systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive approach.
