Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Deliver sales & revenue targets through effective store management.
Ensure 100% adherence to SOPs in operations, stock, cash, and audits.
Monitor KRAs (sales, shrinkage, customer service, conversion ratio).
Manage inventory levels, stock audits, replenishments, and shrinkage control.
Lead, train & motivate staff, assign KRAs and review performance.
Ensure excellent customer experience & handle escalations.
Update daily/weekly reports on company portals (ERP, POS, MIS).
Share insights on customer trends, competitor activity, and store performance.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate with 3-8 years retail management experience (footwear preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of SOPs, KRAs, audits, and retail operations.
Hands-on with POS, ERP, MIS, and reporting portals.
Sales-driven mindset with focus on customer satisfaction.
