About the Role

Were looking for a performance-first Senior Digital Marketing Executive to lead our SEO and Performance Marketing efforts. You’ll manage high-impact campaigns across Google & Meta ads, while driving organic traffic through SEO strategies including AI-SEO, local SEO, AEO, backlink building, and Bing SEO.

This role is perfect for someone who’s got 4–5 years of experience, strong analytical skills, and wants to work on-site with a high-performance marketing team directly under the CMO.

Key Responsibilities

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Conduct detailed keyword research, SERP audits, and competitor analysis using tools like SEMrush, Keyword Planner, and Uber suggest.

Optimize core on-page elements – meta tags, heading hierarchy, URL structures, internal linking, image SEO, and structured data.

Own Google Business Profile (GMB) management — maintain reviews, photos, Q&A, and local visibility.

Implement Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) — schema for featured snippets, FAQ blocks, voice search content.

Leverage AI-SEO tools (ChatGPT, Surfer SEO, Frase) to create intent-rich, semantic content.

Perform technical SEO audits to resolve crawl issues, Core Web Vitals, indexing, and speed optimizations.

Build and manage backlink strategies, both organic (content & outreach) and paid (guest posts, sponsored placements).

Monitor Bing SEO performance via Bing Webmaster Tools, ensuring visibility across alternative search engines.

Track and improve SEO performance using Search Console, GA4, Moz, Ahrefs, and regular reporting.

Performance Marketing – Meta & Google Ads

Strategy & Budgeting

Plan and execute paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).

Set monthly campaign budgets, allocate spending across funnel stages, and align to ROAS targets.

Campaign Execution

Optimize ads using CPC, CPM, CPV, Max Conversions, and tROAS models.

Create and test ad creatives, landing pages, and funnels to improve click-through and conversion rates.

Set up detailed audience targeting: custom segments, lookalikes, retargeting, and behavioral targeting.

Use demographic and geo-targeting to refine campaign delivery by location, age, income, and device.

Performance Tracking

Analyze KPIs: CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, ROI

Use Google Analytics 4, Data Studio, and Sheets to generate detailed weekly and monthly reports.

Utilize heatmap tools like Crazy Egg to track user behavior and identify CRO opportunities.

What We're Looking For

4–5 years of experience in SEO and Paid Media with proven campaign results

Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, and GMB

Strong command over AI-driven SEO, Bing SEO, AEO, and backlink acquisition

Experience with funnel-based campaign execution, targeting logic, and budget pacing

Comfortable analyzing data and turning insights into real performance actions

Strong coordination skills with content, creative, and tech teams

Bonus if experienced in D2C, eCom, automotive, or lead-gen environments
