Job Description

Roles & Responsibilies 1. Sales Ownership ➢ Drive B2B and B2C sales of premium motorcycle tyres across India. ➢ Communicate with customers through social media channels & WhatsApp Business, company-assigned WhatsApp number, phone calls, and dealer visits. 2. Client Relaonship Management ➢ Build and grow strong relatonships with dealers, retailers, workshops, and superbike communies. ➢ Conduct daily cold and warm outreach via WhatsApp and phone calls as part of your markeng efforts. 3. Lead Management ➢ Follow up with hot leads, convert new customers, and re-engage inacve ones. ➢ Log all leads and acvity into our internal CRM system to maintain clear tracking. 4. Product Knowledge & Training ➢ Recommend the right tyres based on the customer’s bike model, size, usage, and performance needs. 5. Reporting & Targets ➢ Track and report sales KPIs. ➢ Submit daily and weekly updates, and work towards achieving your monthly and quarterly targets. 6. Team Collaboraon ➢ Coordinate with logiscs, accounts, and operaons to ensure a seamless customer experience, end-to-end. 7. Market Intelligence ➢ Stay on top of market trends, competor pricing, and customer feedback to keep us ahead of the curve.
