We're hunting for a Design Wizard – a design generalist. You'll be the visual mastermind behind our story-driven content empire, working alongside our in-house crew of filmmaker-marketers who refuse to create boring content.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING (THE FUN STUFF)

Brand Storytelling Through Design

• Transform brand narratives into visual identities that don't suck
• Create design systems that work as hard as our coffee machine
• Build brands that look so good, competitors will try to copy them (unsuccessfully)

Multi-Disciplinary Design Magic

• UI/UX design that actually makes sense to humans
• Visual communication that speaks louder than our CEO’s slack notifications
• Branding that makes startups look like they've been around forever
• Social media graphics that stop the endless scroll
• Print design (yes, people still print things)

Content Creation Collaboration

• Work with our filmmaker team to create visually stunning content
• Design assets for YouTube mini-series that sponsors fight over
• Create visual narratives for community-building campaigns

Growth-Focused Design

• Design conversion-focused landing pages and funnels
• Create email templates that people actually want to open
• Build presentation decks that close deals
• Design marketing materials that generate actual ROI

WHO YOU ARE (THE UNICORN CHECKLIST)

The Technical Stuff:

• 3+ years of design experience (or equivalent portfolio that blows our minds)
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and whatever new tool just launched
• UI/UX design skills that make apps feel intuitive
• Branding expertise that goes beyond "make it pop"
• Understanding of web design principles and responsive design
• Motion graphics basics (because static is so 2020)

The Personality Stuff:

• You geek out over good design and can explain why Comic Sans is a crime
• You're not afraid to challenge creative briefs that don't make sense
• You can work in our high-energy, collaborative environment without losing your mind
• You understand that feedback is not personal criticism of your soul
• You're curious about marketing, growth, and how design drives business results

The Bonus Points:

• Experience with video content creation or film industry
• Understanding of digital marketing and conversion optimization
• Knowledge of brand strategy and positioning
• Animation or motion design skills
• Experience working with startups or fast-growing companies
