Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow a high-performing data science team.
• Architect and deploy advanced Predictive and Generative AI solutions.
• Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
• Build AI products that materially shift business outcomes.
• Generate insights that meaningfully drive business.
• Drive innovation and experimentation.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in financial services or Analytics/Machine Learning.
• Prior Experience leading a team of data scientists.
• Strong Stakeholder management and Problem-Solving skills.
• Expertise in Predictive and Generative Analytics -NLP, Deep Learning, Agentic AI, Computer vision, Machine Learning Algorithms, GenAI, XGBoost.
• Hands-on experience in Analytics Tools -Python, R, SQL, MS Excel.
• Experience in presenting solutions to Senior Stakeholders.
• Master's in Economics, Statistics, Computer Sciences, Operations Research, Mathematics, or a bachelor's from a Tier 1 Institute.

Preferred Requirements:

• Deep understanding of the domain of Customer Experience / BFSI.
• Building, deploying, and monitoring analytical models/AI systems/Building Products.
• Understanding of GenAI, Transformers, and NLP.
• Worked in a cross-functional collaborative environment to drive outcomes.
• Experience setting up Data Infrastructures and working with large data sets to drive Analytical insights.
