We are looking for a high-energy individual for the role of Lead Data Consultant at Eucloid. The candidate will collaborate with client stakeholders on multiple projects in Marketing Analytics vertical. The candidate is expected to lead following work-streams:

  • Identifying opportunities and influencing partners to act: You will partner with eCommerce and Digital Marketing leaders to provide key marketing insights and influence strategic decisions. You will collaborate with stakeholders and analysts to ensure marketing solutions are scalable, repeatable, effective, and meet expectations of various leaders
  • Drive data-driven strategies to optimize customer acquisition (upper funnel) and conversion (lower funnel) by identifying trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities across the customer journey.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (eCommerce, marketing, UX/UI, product) to align website strategies with business goals and customer experience improvements.


  • Design and maintain reports and dashboards to track funnel performance, presenting actionable insights and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Leverage advanced analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, A/B testing platforms, SQL, etc.) to measure, test, and optimize the website’s conversion performance and user engagement.
  • Lead weekly/monthly business reviews on funnel performance, providing detailed reports on user acquisition, conversion optimization, and business impact.

Ideal candidate will have following Background and Skills:


Background

  • Undergraduate Degree in any quantitative discipline such as engineering, science or economics from a Top-Tier institution. MBA from a Top-Tier institution a plus
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in digital analytics, with a focus on eCommerce websites and funnel analysis.
  • Experience in marketing analytics, evaluating campaign effectiveness, leading upper and lower funnel optimization strategies and improving conversion rates.
  • Strong experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.) and A/B testing platforms (Optimizely, VWO, etc.).
  • Knowledge of CRM, Attribution, and Planning tools(e.g., Eloqua, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Clevertap, Web Engage, etc.).
  • Experience with data analysis in a high-traffic, customer-centric digital environment



Skills

  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, decision making, organizational, and time management skills with an emphasis on high attention to detail.
  • Ability to understand the technology stack, dependencies between applications and how the data flows between them.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and project management capabilities to navigate complex projects effectively.
  • Leadership experience with a proven track record of mentoring and developing high performing teams. 2+ years of team management
  • Effective communication skills, adept at presenting complex insights to stakeholders in a clear and impactful manner.
