Job Overview We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Data Analyst with deep expertise in B2B analytics, Power BI, ETL processes, and advanced SQL. In this role, you will be responsible for driving data-based decision-making through robust reporting, optimized data workflows, and insightful analysis of large and complex datasets. Key Responsibilities Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to deliver real-time, actionable insights. Build and enhance ETL pipelines to seamlessly extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources. Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries to support reporting and analytical requirements. Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities that can impact business outcomes. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to gather data requirements and translate them into analytical solutions. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across platforms and reporting tools. Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the evolution of the data analytics function. Key Requirements 46 years of experience in data analytics, with a strong background in B2B SaaS or CPG domains. Expertise in Power BI, including DAX and dashboard creation. Proficiency in ETL processes and working with tools such as SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), Talend, or similar. Strong command of Advanced SQL for data manipulation and reporting. Experience working with large datasets and data warehouses. Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
