Lead - Corporate Business Development (B2B)
Location: Pune, Maharashtra
Role
Build and scale our B2B revenue engine - corporate gifting, employee rewards, loyalty/catalog partnerships, and bulk/custom orders. You’ll own targets end-to-end: from prospecting and pricing to delivery and collections.
What you’ll do
● Define Ideal Customer Profile; build and manage a high-velocity enterprise pipeline, Procurement, Marketing, Admin, CXO networks.
● Crack partnerships with rewards & gifting platforms, loyalty/catalog marketplaces, event/agency partners, and large enterprises.
● Craft B2B packs: bulk pricing matrix, MOQs, SLAs, TATs, and personalization (engraving, logo, co-branded packaging).
● Lead proposals, vendor empanelment, and deal commercials & collections.
● Forecast with CRM discipline , run weekly reviews, and publish dashboards.
● Work cross functionally with Design/Ops for inventory & MTO planning; with Finance/Legal on credit, taxation, and contracts.
● Build and coach a small B2B team (2-3 people) as scale demands.
● Festival/corporate calendar planning (Diwali, annual days, offsites, conferences)
What makes you a fit
● 6-12 years in B2B/corporate sales (gifting, lifestyle, fashion/jewellery, consumer brands, rewards/loyalty, corporate procurement).
● Track record of closing large complex deals
● Strong negotiation, pricing, contracting, and credit discipline
● Hands on hunter mindset with excellent storytelling, and stakeholder management.
