1. Work with the team of Sales & Service to identify locations for Dealer Scouting & Onboarding
2. Coordination with the Financiers, Banks to roll out attractive scheme for customers with Low EMI, Higher Tenure and Low DP.
3. Ensure availability of Finance options at each dealership of the territory
4. Review the finance login trackers and ensure loop closure by following up with financiers for Disbursement
5. Competitor benchmarking and take corrective actions for Network Correction
6. Coordination with Sales, Service & Corporate Sales Team
7. Drive performance thro' Channel Partners and focus on ensuring enablers in place like Working Capital, Infrastructure and Manpower
8. Ensure channel partners delivers volumes for the first 3-6 months and ensure dealer profitability
