Lead Assistant Manager

Location: [ Hybrid ] Job Type: [ Full-Time ] Department: IT / Software Development Reports to: [ Project Manager ] Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and maintain solutions using Microsoft Power Platform components such as Power Apps, Power Automate (Flow), Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents. You will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to build custom business applications, automate workflows, and deliver analytics solutions that drive business efficiency and insight. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy custom business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven). Automate business processes using Power Automate (Flows), integrating with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and external APIs. Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI for data visualization and insights. Integrate Power Platform solutions with data sources like Dataverse, SQL Server, SharePoint, and other enterprise systems. Create custom connectors and leverage Azure services when needed to extend platform capabilities. Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional technical solutions. Participate in solution design reviews, peer code reviews, and UAT support. Ensure solutions are built with security, scalability, and performance in mind. Maintain documentation on architecture, design, configurations, and processes. Stay up to date on Microsoft Power Platform updates and best practices. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience). 3+ years of hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Solid understanding of Dataverse (Common Data Service) and model-driven apps. Experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Office 365 ecosystem. Proficiency in low-code/no-code development and familiarity with custom development using JavaScript, Power Fx, or C# (optional). Experience with data modeling and integration (REST APIs, JSON, SQL). Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate or Developer Associate. Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, or Azure API Management. Experience with Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement or Finance & Operations). Exposure to governance and administration of Power Platform environments. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
