Job Description

We are looking for a finance professional with strong expertise in Fixed Asset Accounting and the Record to Report (R2R) domain, to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage & supervise end-to-end Fixed Asset Accounting processes, including asset additions, disposals, transfers, and adjustments within ERP systems (Oracle/SAP/Blackline preferred).

  • Prepare and review Fixed Asset-related journal entries and perform month-end reconciliations; investigate and resolve variances independently.

  • Handle complex accounting activities such as cash flow analysis and financial reporting.

  • Act as a point of contact for clients, demonstrating the ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet tight deadlines.

  • Ensure timely execution of daily activities and maintain/update standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Support and contribute to medium-to-complex projects; proactively take up additional responsibilities and showcase a learning mindset.

  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams while adhering to internal policies and procedures.

  • Demonstrate a strong eye for detail and an analytical mindset for data gathering and process improvement.


  • Required Experience and Skills:
    • 7 to 8 years of experience in the R2R domain, with at least 4 years specifically in Fixed Asset Accounting.

    • Strong working knowledge of ERP systems like Oracle, SAP, or Blackline.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.

    • Flexibility to work in UK business hours and readiness to extend support during month-end close periods.


  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • CA Inter / ICWA Inter / CMA Inter / MBA (Finance) / M. Com

    • Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience in Finance & Accounting
