Functional Description

American Express Global Commercial Services (GCS) is the Global leader in the Commercial Payments Solutions space and continues to be an exciting and fast-growing business. To maintain this success, the organization must accelerate sales and drive profitable charge volume growth. The Global Sales Enablement, Pricing & Transformation (SPT) team within GCS is instrumental in ensuring achievement of these objectives. The open role is an exciting opportunity to be part of the GCS growth story in a dynamic, intellectually stimulating, open, fun and collaborative environment.

How will you make an impact in this role?

• Provide oversight on the opportunities created and sales efforts invested by the sales using internal systems
• To be the subject matter expert for US SME and effectively engaging with stakeholders
• Partnership with stakeholders and business partners to provide valuable insights & prepare metrics to support leadership & product managers to help grow the business.
• Drive Analytics and Insights through various data tools
• Identify & implement various automation techniques to improve efficiency
• Perform quality check of sales documentation.
Build positive relationships with key collaborators

Minimum Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience or bachelor's degree in equivalent field is required.
• Strong analytical background with proficiency on Excel & SQL
• Good presentation & communication skills.
