What You'll Do: Design and deploy scalable ML and GenAI models for diverse applications, including forecasting, recommendation, NLP, and computer vision. Lead a team of AI/ML and software engineers—providing architectural direction, code reviews, and mentorship. Translate complex business needs into actionable AI solutions. Own full ML pipelines: data ingestion, feature engineering, training, deployment, monitoring. Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to deliver impactful solutions. Apply best practices in MLOps, model versioning, retraining, and performance tracking. Stay current on the latest in LLMs, Transformers, Vision Models, and Foundation Models. Drive AI integration into full-stack applications and APIs. What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML or data science roles, with at least 1–2 years in a technical leadership capacity. Deep hands-on experience with Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and GenAI frameworks (e.g., Hugging Face Transformers, Lang Chain, Open AI API). Experience in computer vision (OpenCV, YOLO, segmentation models) or agentic AI. Experience deploying ML models in production using Docker, FastAPI, AWS/GCP/Azure. Exposure to MLOps tools (MLflow, Airflow, CI/CD pipelines). Solid understanding of model performance tuning, experimentation, and lifecycle management. Background in full-stack development (JavaScript/Node/React) is a plus. Strong problem-solving mindset, clear communication, and collaborative leadership style. Show more Show less
