Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with expertise in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) to help develop and maintain innovative applications. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working on both front-end and back-end development. You will collaborate with our engineering team to build robust, scalable, and efficient solutions for our clients, ensuring high-quality code delivery and adherence to best practices. Candidate Requirements: ● Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. ● 2 years of proven experience in full-stack development, specifically with the MERN stack. ● Strong understanding of MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js, and Python frameworks such as Flask or Django. ● Experience in building RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services. ● Solid understanding of version control systems, particularly Git. ● Knowledge of cloud services like AWS or Azure and containerization using Docker. ● Ability to write clean, well-documented, and efficient code. ● Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with proficiency in React.js. ● Experience in working with databases and optimizing queries for performance. ● Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues. ● Ability to work in an Agile development environment and follow best development practices. ● E COMMERCE experience with pos payment, inventory management - it’s a plus. Job Responsibilities: ● Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) and Python-based frameworks. ● Design and implement both front-end and back-end features and functionalities. ● Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement user-friendly interfaces. ● Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code. ● Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party APIs. ● Work closely with team members to identify and fix issues, improving overall application performance. ● Ensure cross-platform optimization for mobile and desktop applications. ● Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of coding standards and processes. ● Write and maintain unit tests and documentation. ● Contribute to the architecture and design of new systems and features.
