Build Scalable Applications : Develop and maintain full-stack applications that seamlessly integrate AI-driven capabilities. Innovate with Research : Stay ahead of the curve by conducting research and developing AI algorithms using Generative AI, Computer Vision, NLP, LLMs, ,Deep Learning & Software Architecture. Mentor and Lead : Guide junior engineers, foster a collaborative environment and share knowledge within the team. Collaborate Across Teams : Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to create scalable, high-performing AI products. Solve Complex Problems : Troubleshoot AI/ML challenges and ensure reliable, high-quality deployments. Shape AI Strategy : Drive innovation by integrating the latest AI tools, frameworks, and methodologies. What You Bring Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. 5 years of professional experience delivering impactful AI/ML solutions. Proficiency in Python with hands-on experience in TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar frameworks. Expertise in full-stack development using front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Django, or Flask). Solid understanding of Generative AI, Computer Vision, NLP, LLMs, and architectures like CNNs, RNNs, and Transformers. Proficiency in managing SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB). Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business challenges into scalable AI solutions. Bonus Points If You Have Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP for deploying AI solutions. Knowledge of MLOps practices for managing large-scale AI/ML deployments. Expertise in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps for seamless full-stack deployments. Contributions to AI research, publications, or open-source projects.
