This Position Is Ideal For Candidates Who Have

• Developed code modules that embed state-of-the-art LLMs into software systems (e.g., intelligent customer service bots, API-level integrations)

• Developing New AI-Driven Products and Capabilities: Fine-tune and deploy LLMs to build novel AI-powered products and discrete modules that integrate seamlessly into current solutions or serve as the core of new offerings, exemplified by our recent launch of www.eloquens.ai
• Streamlining Internal Operations: Implement sophisticated AI methodologies to automate internal workflows and operational tasks

Basic Requirements

• AI-First Approach (if you instinctively begin by writing code manually and then apply AI tools for validation or refinement, rather than leading with AI, this role is not suitable for you)
• A minimum of 1 year of full-stack development experience (proficiency in both front-end and back-end programming is required)
• Extensive hands-on experience with GenAI code assistants (e.g., Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, v0.dev)
• Demonstrated success implementing Generative AI solutions that produced measurable, significant business impact
• Proven experience applying multiple LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Mistral) to address practical business challenges
• A solid grasp of the rationale and criteria for selecting appropriate LLM models for varied use cases

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
