We work with top candidates to ensure that we can offer a full range of staffing solutions to our clients, complemented by industry-leading support services The Role: As we continue to expand, our investment in our people is imperative to maintain their growth. We now require the services of an accomplished Training Partner to deliver key programs and high-quality learning interventions across the region. Whilst this is a newly created role, it will be part of an established HR team. Training and development have been extensive and on-going, but this now needs a dedicated resource to deliver comprehensive training solutions across the organisation. Based in Bangalore with some flexible working, the role will report to the Group Head of Talent Development. There will be some regional/international travel. Key Responsibilities Liaise with stakeholders regarding hiring, development, and promotion plans. Deliver targeted priority training programmes including effective onboarding of new employees across designated regions. Design and/or deliver training interventions to enhance skills and knowledge in alignment to career progression paths. Use a range of blended techniques to deliver impactful and timely training solutions. Working with Managers to support the delivery of training interventions to optimize performance. Ongoing assessment and evaluation of training programs to ensure continuous improvement, identifying additional needs and skill gaps. Leverage existing online learning content within blended learning solutions. Plan regional training schedules in alignment with business priorities. Promote training offerings and encourage engagement Communicate training offerings on a timely basis. Prepare and present reports on training program KIPs. Awareness of industry learning trends, learning cultures and styles. Advocate of NES Fircroft best practice. Shift Timing : 11:00AM – 8:00PM IST Requirement: Qualification : Preferably post graduate degree in HR (Graduation is must) Proven background in training delivery using blended solutions within a recruitment/professional environment, at least 5 years’ experience. Demonstrable experience in all areas of the training cycle - training needs analysis, design, delivery and evaluation. CIPD qualified or equivalent form of sales training certification would be a distinct advantage. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Knowledge of learning platforms. Experience at remaining close to the business and wider team whilst working remotely. Possess a creative & commercial flair with the ability to engage and inspire others.
