Manage litigation dockets and maintain organized case and document management systems . Perform cite-checking and source verification to ensure accuracy and credibility in filings. Collaborate on or lead case strategy development and legal argumentation . 📘 For Judicial Law Clerks: Assist judges in legal research and drafting judicial opinions, rulings, and orders . Ghostwrite clear, concise, and legally sound documents. Summarize case records and identify key legal issues for judicial review.
