Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Expertise on Exchange On-Prem 2016/2019 and Office365.
  • Exchange Cumulative update, Security update and patching.
  • Expertise on M365 admin, Licenses, Exchange Online, Mail-flow, Intune, MS Defender and Purview, Entra ID, MS Teams and SharePoint online.
  • Expertise on Database, Transport rules, Hybrid connector, SMTP relay.
  • Tenant to tenant migration along with hybrid environment setup experience.
  • Onboarding/offboarding of Mailboxes.
  • Mailbox and calendar delegation in hybrid environment.
  • Integration of application with Entra ID, Conditional Access policy, SSPR, SSO, MFA, B2B, Guest account policies and Outlook Add-in.
  • eDiscovery, PST, Litigation hold, Retention hold, Archive solution, MPIP/AIP, DLP, Risky user/sign-in, Audit logs, Impersonation, Allow/block user, URL, domain.
  • Troubleshooting and investigation expertise on suspicious emails.
  • Candidate must display strong understanding of infrastructure and platform as a service offering in Microsoft technology.
  • Candidate must display strong understanding of customer engagement and troubleshooting on MS Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and other Microsoft products.
  • Capable of producing solutions for identified risks and work with appropriate teams for mitigation.
  • Knowledge on Exchange/mail-flow DNS records.
  • Expertise on email gateway platform.
  • Understanding of Active Directory, networking, windows, storage and backup.
  • Good understanding of PowerShell and other scripting & remoting tools Good to have
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to handle multiple lowering team resource.
  • Flexibility to work in the shifts during critical situations (On-Call).
  • Good knowledge of producing reports and presenting solutions will be an advantage.
  • Good communication skills written and verbal.
