Job Description

PureSoftware is looking for L2 Application Support Professional to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

Provide second-level support for business-critical applications by diagnosing and resolving incidents, service requests, and technical issues escalated from L1 support
Monitor application performance, system logs, and alerts to proactively identify potential problems and ensure system stability
Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and third-party vendors to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and recommend permanent fixes to improve system reliability
Manage user access, configuration changes, and minor enhancements while ensuring adherence to change management policies
