Job Description

PureSoftware is looking for L2 Application Support Professional to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
  • Provide second-level support for business-critical applications by diagnosing and resolving incidents, service requests, and technical issues escalated from L1 support
  • Monitor application performance, system logs, and alerts to proactively identify potential problems and ensure system stability
  • Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and third-party vendors to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and recommend permanent fixes to improve system reliability
  • Manage user access, configuration changes, and minor enhancements while ensuring adherence to change management policies
