Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage and maintain Azure and AWS cloud platforms: provision VMs, configure cloud resources, automate backups, and handle resource scaling.
Administer, troubleshoot, and optimize Windows Server and Linux-based systems (including patching, user management, security, and service tuning).
Configure and manage networking and security fundamentals for cloud and hybrid environments (firewalls, access control, VPN, IAM, RBAC, compliance).
Perform daily administrative tasks: performance monitoring, incident resolution, system upgrades, and documentation.
Support cloud automation with tools like Azure CLI, AWS CLI, Terraform, or Cloud Formation.
Implement backup strategies, disaster recovery plans, and ensure data protection.
Collaborate with IT, security teams for project deployments and ongoing health checks.
Maintain clear documentation for configurations, incidents, and changes.
Participate in after-hours support and compliance patching as needed.

Preferred candidate profile

23 years of experience in IT Infrastructure or Cloud FMS operations.
Strong knowledge of
Windows/Linux server administration
and
Active Directory management
.
Hands-on experience with
cloud environments
(AWS / Azure / GCP).
Proficiency in
network troubleshooting
,
VPN
,
firewalls
, and
basic routing/switching
.
Experience with
monitoring tools
(Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds, etc.).
Knowledge of
ticketing systems
such as ServiceNow, ManageEngine, or Jira.
Good understanding of
ITIL process
for incident and change management.
