Job Description

Job Title: Technical Customer Support Executive

Location: Bangalore (Onsite)

Work Mode: Onsite | Day Shift

Experience: 1-3 years in Customer Support

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Raise,track, and close support tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
Coordinate with the technical team to ensure prompt resolution of issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and issue closure.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience.
Understand and follow standard operating procedures for technical support.
Continuously update knowledge on products, processes, and tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in any discipline.
13 years of experience in customer support or technical helpdesk roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
Basic understanding of technical support processes (training will be provided).
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
