Job Description

Job Title: L1 Support Executive Paytm Money

Location:

Job Summary

L1 Support Executive

Key Responsibilities

Handle
incoming customer queries
via phone, email, or chat related to Paytm Money products
Provide
first-level (L1) support
for issues related to accounts, transactions, login, KYC, and basic technical concerns
Accurately
log, track, and update tickets
in the support system
Resolve issues within defined
SLA timelines
or escalate to L2/L3 teams when required
Follow
standard operating procedures (SOPs)
and compliance guidelines
Ensure
customer satisfaction
through clear communication and problem resolution
Work in
rotational shifts
, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate (any stream)
2-5 years of experience in
technical support.
Good
communication skills
(English & Hindi preferred)
Basic understanding of
financial products
(mutual funds, stocks, trading apps preferred but not mandatory)
Comfortable working in a
247 support environment
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/ticketing tools

Preferred Skills

Experience in
FinTech or BFSI support
Problem-solving and analytical skills
Customer-focused mindset
