Role Overview We're looking for proactive and fast-learning individuals from the current operations team to transition into the role of L1 Support Engineer. This is a great opportunity for those with a technical foundation and curiosity to advance towards a full-stack development path. The L1 Support Engineer will collaborate closely with our engineering team to support internal tools, automation, and the client-facing portal built using full-stack technologies. Key Responsibilities Provide Level 1 support for internal automation tools and the client portal. Assist in bug fixes, enhancements, and issue triaging in front-end and back-end systems. Begin upskilling on GoLang for upcoming product development (R2). Participate in testing and quality checks for automation tasks. Contribute to documentation and reproducibility of issue-resolution steps. Escalate unresolved issues to L2 developers with proper logs and context. Required Skills & Qualifications Good understanding of: Python programming language Flask framework (preferred) ReactJS and JavaScript fundamentals Go Programming Language Willingness to learn and work in both front-end and back-end (Full Stack Development). Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams. Familiarity with the operational workflow of our platform is an added advantage. Preferred Qualifications: Engineering background (Computer Science, IT, Electronics) preferred but not mandatory. Candidates from non-engineering backgrounds should demonstrate hands-on experience or self-learning in Python and React. Prior exposure to automation or internal tools used in the operations team is a plus.
