Job Description

Key Roles And Responsibilities

  • Act as primary contact for user queries via email/chat/phone
  • Perform basic troubleshooting for Linux, MySQL/PostgreSQL, Java, Python, shell scripts
  • Monitor systems using Grafana, Nagios, Prometheus
  • Manage and track tickets (JIRA, ServiceNow, Zendesk)
  • Escalate issues clearly to next-level teams
  • Maintain documentation and knowledge base
  • Ensure SLA compliance and customer satisfaction

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication (written & verbal)
  • MySQL/PostgreSQL knowledge
  • Linux & scripting (Python / shell) basics
  • Familiarity with monitoring and ticketing tools
  • Ability to work in rotational 247 support

Preferred: ITIL certification • Prior NOC/support background • Automation exposure
