Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced L1 Support Engineer to provide technical support and maintenance to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT hardware and software support, networking, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and networking components- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including operating systems, MS Office, and other applications- Install, configure, and manage operating systems, software, and applications- Manage IT assets, data backup, and restoration- Create and implement IT SOPs- Handle and maintain multi-function printers- Provide remote support to clients and end-users- Manage user accounts, groups, and profiles in Active Directory- Coordinate with development teams and vendors for issue resolution- Maintain communication with clients and stakeholders- Handle data entry work, including material inward/outward gate-pass/invoices/challan- Manage and support SAP software and other applications- Provide training and information to new users/employees on software and applications

Technical Skills:
- Laptop and desktop hardware support (Acer, Lenovo, Dell, HP, Toshiba)- Configure routers, access points, range extenders, and Wi-Fi- Knowledge of switches and networking fundamentals- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Server 2008/2012, and Office 365- Basic working knowledge of SAP software- Hardware and software troubleshooting- Remote desktop support and connectivity

Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

Certifications and Education:
- One Year Hardware & Networking Course (e.g., Jetking)

Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in IT support or related field- Experience in handling AMC services for PCs, laptops, and printers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,641.00 - ₹25,358.72 per month

Work Location: In person
