Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a KST Associate in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes for guests.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with diverse groups.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is an advantage.
Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
