Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a KST Associate at Courtyard by Marriott. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to guests.
Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve performance.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for interacting with guests and colleagues.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to resolve guest complaints and issues.
Basic knowledge of hotel operations and procedures is preferred.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures is an advantage.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the organization are essential.
