Job Description

Location: Anywhere in INDIA WFO

Notice: 30 days below

Kronos Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Implement, configure, and support Kronos Workforce Central / Dimensions applications (Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduling, Absence Management, Payroll).
Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Kronos configurations.
Develop interfaces and integrations between Kronos and other HR/Payroll systems (SAP HCM, Workday, Oracle, Peoplesoft, etc.).
Perform Kronos upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting issues.
Provide production support, resolve incidents, and handle enhancements.
Create documentation, training, and end-user support materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional HR, Payroll, and IT teams.

Required Skills:

7–10 years of hands-on experience with
Kronos Workforce Central / Dimensions
.
Strong expertise in
Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduling, Absence, Payroll modules
.
Experience in
Kronos Workforce Integration Manager (WIM)
or
Dell Boomi/other integration tools
.
Knowledge of SQL and reporting tools.
Experience with Kronos customizations, interfaces, and APIs.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have:

Experience with
Kronos Cloud / Dimensions (UKG Pro/UKG Ready)
.
Knowledge of HR/Payroll domain (SAP HCM, Oracle, Workday).
Experience in workforce analytics and reporting.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
