Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from Privy League customers (High Net Worth Clients) and resolve queries and requests to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities during customer interactions and convert them into successful cross-selling of banking products.
• Deliver high-quality communication and customer service while meeting defined productivity and service benchmarks.
• Ensure consistent customer delight through timely and effective resolution of customer issues and queries.
• Complete all process-related logs and documentation within stipulated timelines (end-of-day targets).
• Adhere strictly to Information Security policies and quality process standards.
• Stay updated with any process changes or updates and comply accordingly.
• Act on feedback and coaching provided by Team Leaders, Team Coaches, or Quality teams to continuously improve performance.

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Preferably 12 years of experience, with at least 6 months in a customer service role.
• Understanding of the call center industry is an added advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible to work in a 24/7 environment (for female candidates: 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM), including Sundays and holidays.
• Willingness to work with scattered 8 weekly offs in a month and 9-hour shifts.
• Strong listening skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Confident, eager to learn, and possessing a positive, proactive attitude with high integrity.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset and self-motivation; ability to act as a role model within the organization.
• Capable of building quick rapport with customers, peers, and management.

Compensation:

• Salary up to 4.45 LPA CTC, depending on interview performance.
