Administrative Support:Provide administrative assistance to various departments, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing correspondence
Maintain organized files and records, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy retrieval and accessibility
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials as needed
Customer Service:Respond to customer inquiries and requests promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Handle customer complaints and issues effectively, escalating to management when necessary to ensure resolution
Maintain a positive and helpful attitude when interacting with customers, both in-person and over the phone
Data Entry and Processing:Accurately input data into company databases, spreadsheets, and other systems, ensuring data integrity and completeness
Perform data validation and verification tasks to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies
Assist in data analysis and reporting by extracting relevant information from databases and generating reports as needed
Logistics and Inventory Management:Assist in managing inventory levels, tracking stock movements, and conducting periodic inventory counts
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials
Help maintain organized storage areas and ensure proper handling and storage of inventory items
