Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Stewarding Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety in the kitchen environment.
  • Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff activities to ensure efficient service.
  • Implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resources.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors for procurement of ingredients and supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Kitchen Stewarding Executive or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety protocols, and inventory management principles.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage kitchen staff.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
