Locations: Ahmedabad S. G. Highway, Jagatpur Gota, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 382481

Experience : 0-3 Years

Interview time: 10 to 6 anytime (Mon-Fri)

We are looking for enthusiastic candidates to join our recruitment team. The role involves sourcing candidates from multiple platforms and supporting the hiring process.

Duties And Responsibilities: -

Source passive candidates through different portals like, Naukri.com, Indeed , Monster, Shine, LinkedIn, Hirist, Hirect etc..
Search resume databases for the most fit candidates.
Ability and willingness to learn about the position requirements.
Ability to scan large volumes of resumes.
Understanding and familiarity with Recruitment Marketing.
Communicate with Hiring Managers.
Good time-management skills.
Great interpersonal and communication skills.
Team player.
Prepare a report on a weekly basis for the tasks completed or in progress.
