Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
  • Update and maintain candidate databases.
  • Assist in understanding and fulfilling client hiring needs.
  • Support senior recruiters in daily hiring operations.
  • Learn end-to-end recruitment process and modern hiring tools.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Any Graduate or Postgraduate (Freshers preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet).
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn recruitment.
  • Ability to work independently from home.
