Key Relationship Officer

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Key Relationship Officer to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in sales or relationship management and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. As a Key Relationship Officer, your main responsibilities will include acquiring new customers, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. Your key responsibilities will involve client acquisition through various sales channels, such as cold calling, networking, and referrals. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, promoting and selling products/services, managing leads effectively, conducting market research, resolving client issues promptly, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales activities. To excel in this role, you should have 1-2 years of experience in a sales, business development, or client-facing role, along with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Excellent communication skills in English and local languages, a strong sales acumen, relationship-building skills, target-orientation, tech-savviness, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability are essential qualities for this position. You should also be self-motivated and driven to achieve or exceed monthly sales goals and targets.
