💰 Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month

We are a growing HealthTech company seeking a Key Accounts Officer to join our Gurgaon team. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in client relationship management, strong business acumen, and the ability to build long-term partnerships in the healthcare & technology space.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

* Manage and grow relationships with key pharma/healthcare clients to ensure long-term success.

* Act as the primary point of contact, addressing client needs and delivering tailored solutions.

* Develop and execute account strategies to meet growth and revenue objectives.

* Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling within existing accounts.

* Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, tech, operations, finance) to deliver high-value client outcomes.

* Monitor account performance, generate reports, and present insights to leadership.

* Proactively resolve client concerns to strengthen trust and loyalty.

✅ Requirements

* Minimum 3 years of experience in Key Accounts / Client Relationship Management.

* Pharma industry background is mandatory.

* Proven track record of managing and expanding high-value accounts.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
