Key Accounts Officer

Role Overview: As an individual reporting to the Area Sales Manager, your role will involve managing modern trade outlets such as Big Bazaar, Dmart, etc. The primary focus will be on achieving the required sales targets for the respective territory while ensuring the availability and visibility of Nestl products in the outlets. Key Responsibilities: - Plan an Integrated Commercial Plan for assigned customers - Develop a rolling monthly sales plan at the Customer/Account level for the next 3 months - Conduct Assortment Planning at the Customer/Account level - Create an Account-specific Activation Calendar on a Quarterly Basis - Achieve Volume Planned during OPL - Plan and Execute Account Specific Activation Programs - Manage Account Specific Customer Service - Ensure Price Control & Stability, acting as a single window for Terms of Trade Agreement & Implementation - Review progress and suggest inputs to generate demand - Monitor progress of Redistribution value and volume targets - Present Account-wise review on a Quarterly basis - Identify Gaps at the customer level vis-a-vis Business Plans & suggest inputs - Ensure Nestle's contribution to Account perpetually increases over time - Monitor, evaluate & Control CCS Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field - Proven experience in sales and customer account management - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities - Ability to work effectively in a team and independently - Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software Additional Company Details: (Omit this section as there are no additional details of the company provided in the job description),
