About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth in the domestic market. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in handling large enterprise accounts (account management & growth).

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, build relationships with senior stakeholders, and deliver impactful EdTech solutions that address client needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive

    B2B Sales

    Growth by acquiring new enterprise clients and expanding existing accounts in the domestic market.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CXO-level decision-makers and other key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and delivery teams to design solutions that address client challenges.
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation and proposal development to negotiation and closure.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments.
  • Deliver on revenue targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Requirements

  • 5+ years

    of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the EdTech industry.
  • Strong track record in managing large enterprise accounts and achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in both hunting (new client acquisition) and farming (account growth).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and events.
  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
