Job Description

Job Title: Key Account Manager

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Drive revenue, P&L, pricing, and growth strategies.
Manage and strengthen relationships with Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.
Monitor key metrics including sales, conversions, DRR, and TACOS.
Conduct A/B tests to improve visibility and conversion.
Oversee inventory, forecasting, and fulfillment to avoid stock-outs.
Plan campaigns, promotions, and optimize listings for better search ranking.
Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and finance teams for smooth operations.

Requirements:

Junior: 3–5 years | Senior: 7–10 years in e-commerce account management.
Strong understanding of Amazon Seller/Vendor Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
Experience in FMCG, retail, or consumer goods preferred.
Hands-on experience with analytics, pricing models, and digital marketing.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and e-commerce reporting tools.
