Roles and Responsibilities Manage key accounts for Bancassurance sales, focusing on cross-selling life insurance products to bank customers. Develop strong relationships with branch banking teams to drive business growth through effective communication and relationship management. Identify new opportunities for bancassurance partnerships and negotiate deals to expand the company's presence in the market. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and ensure seamless service delivery. Desired Candidate Profile 1-3 years of experience in Banca Sales, Bancassurance Sales, Branch Banking, or related fields. Strong understanding of General Insurance, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, and Sales & Marketing principles. Excellent Communication Skills with ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
