Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

•Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

•Manage sales activities for strategic clients, ensuring achievement of revenue and margin targets.

•Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.

•Act as the single point of contact for major accounts, resolving issues and providing ongoing support.

•Understand client business needs, project pipelines, and procurement cycles to position company products effectively.

•Negotiate and close long-term agreements/contracts with large customers.

•Work closely with internal teams (technical, logistics, finance, supply chain) to ensure smooth project execution and timely deliveries.

•Conduct periodic business reviews with key clients and provide market feedback to management.

•Track competitors activities and market dynamics to identify risks and opportunities.

•Represent the company in industry events, trade fairs, and networking forums.

Qualifications & Skills:

•Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field 

•4–8 years of experience in sales/key account management, preferably in solar PV modules, renewable energy, or electrical products.

•Proven track record of handling large/strategic accounts and achieving sales targets.

•Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.

•Good knowledge of Solar PV technology, project development, and supply chain.

•Excellent communication (oral & written) and presentation skills.

•Ability to work independently and travel extensively.
