• Resolve lender-side escalations and policy deviations through structured discussions and regular review meetings. • Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to design competitive financing programs. • Support regulatory and risk compliance, ensuring adherence to RBI and company policies. • Drive engagement and retention through periodic synergy meetings and performance reviews with partner lenders. Requirements: • 48 years of experience in Lender Relationship Management, Key Account Management, or Financier Partnerships in Auto Finance / Fintech / Agri-Finance domains. • Proven experience in NBFC/BFSI partnership management, P&L tracking, and business negotiations. • Strong understanding of vehicle financing, RC and PDD management, and lender operational processes. • Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and MIS reporting. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills. • MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
