Manage client escalations
Regular client meetings/ presentations
Health and Wellness Consulting :
Collect/ gather multiple data points
Customization of product to suit client specs & need
Achieve sales targets- cross sell & upsell; get referrals, generate leads, new sales
Ensure retention of clients
Program Implementation :
Work with internal stakeholder to ensure product / program delivery
Client onboarding
Plan & implement product launch; Facilitate onsite implementation
Co-ordinate onsite activities if any
Designing the customer experience
Facilitate Orientation session/ help desks
Legal contracting/ NDAs/ other documentation
MIS/ Reporting :
Program reporting & utilization statistics
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to get customized client wise reports
Gather client feedback & testimonials
Work on impact metrics

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate preferably with MBA

Over 6-10 years in account management/ client servicing
Pref experience in Healthcare, insurance, corporate wellness, Banks & Financial Services, Financial Advisory/Consulting; HR benefits space
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Understanding of marketing, measurement & analytics, content management, digital marketing
Excellent time and project management skills.
Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
