Job Description

Job Purpose:

Care Health Insurance is urgently looking for a dynamic Key Accounts Manager to cultivate and manage relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs). This pivotal role involves understanding the unique insurance needs of key clients, strategically pitching relevant health insurance products, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to foster long-term partnerships and drive significant business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Key Account Management:

  • Directly manage a portfolio of High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs), serving as their primary point of contact for all health insurance needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key clients through regular communication and personalized service.
  • Understand the specific requirements and financial goals of HNI clients to offer tailored health insurance solutions.

Product Pitching & Sales:

  • Expertly pitch and present Group Personal Accident (GPA) and Group Medical Cover (GMC) Health Insurance Products to HNIs, highlighting their benefits and suitability.
  • Conduct comprehensive needs analysis to align product offerings with client expectations and risk profiles.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets for assigned key accounts, contributing significantly to the company's revenue objectives.

Client Service & Retention:

  • Ensure a seamless and superior client experience from initial consultation through policy servicing and renewals.
  • Proactively address client queries, resolve issues, and provide timely support to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling additional health insurance products based on evolving client needs.

Market Insight & Compliance:

  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes within the health insurance sector, particularly concerning HNI segments.
  • Ensure all sales and client management activities comply with internal company policies and IRDAI regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluent English is a must, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience:

  • Hands on experience in key account management, preferably with a focus on High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) or in the health insurance sector.
