Job Description

To lead and drive the corporate solutions vertical, focusing on B2B sales and market expansion through broker and partner channels. The Area Head will be responsible for consistently achieving sales targets, cultivating strong relationships with key corporate clients, and identifying new revenue streams to ensure sustained growth within the corporate health insurance segment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle and drive B2B sales primarily through broker and partner networks.
  • Consistently achieve budgeted sales targets within the set quality, quantity, and cost parameters.
  • Maintain excellent rapport with key individuals within client organizations and partner entities to sustain business from existing as well as new clients.
  • Manage the overall activities related to sending quotations, negotiation, and finalization of deals for corporate clients.
  • Identify and develop new market opportunities for generating corporate new business.
  • Develop new corporate clients and provide customized health insurance services to meet their specific needs.
  • Ensure business requirements are thoroughly captured and related service levels are clearly defined for corporate accounts.
  • Demonstrate strong networking, negotiation, and liaising abilities in building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers and business partners.
  • Maintain long-term relationships, deepen engagement, and grow revenues by providing superior service delivery to corporate clients.
  • Identify new revenue streams, prospective clients, and potential markets from the corporate sector.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Strong understanding of Group Sales dynamics.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Employee Benefits (EB) products, particularly Group Medical Cover (GMC) and Group Personal Accident (GPA).
  • Skilled in Negotiations, Market Research, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management.
  • Proven ability to generate business effectively from brokers.
  • Sound knowledge of IRDAI regulations and Underwriting principles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
