Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement:

    Lead impactful client meetings to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Reporting:

    Generate insightful sales and financial reports that identify growth opportunities.
  • Product Management:

    Ensure products are readily available for effective sales presentations and demos.
  • Industry Representation:

    Represent Pazcare at industry events, boosting our brand and expanding our network.
  • Negotiation:

    Excel in negotiations, turning challenges into successful outcomes.
  • Team Collaboration:

    Work closely with our team to refine sales strategies and achieve goals.
  • Innovation:

    Use customer feedback to drive product enhancements and elevate service quality.
  • Sales Pitching:

    Develop and deliver persuasive pitches and create engaging marketing materials.
  • Prospect Mapping:

    Strategically identify and prioritize prospects to maximize sales success.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Presentation Delivery:

    Craft and deliver presentations that align with client objectives.
  • Sales Strategy:

    Manage complex sales processes, including client acquisition and strategic upselling.

Experience

  • Industry Experience:

    Ideally, you have 1-2+ years in corporate sales or business development.
  • Sector Knowledge:

    Experience in B2B sales, particularly in insurance, healthcare, or SaaS, is a plus.
