Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Key Account Manager to oversee multiple key accounts, managing the entire client relationship lifecycle. role requires proactive communication and strategic planning to ensure client satisfaction, and corporate travel arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • establish and maintain a trusting and supportive relationship with clients
  • working with clients to help them plan and book their travel needs
  • build value for the client experience and service
  • researching and selecting the best options for their travel arrangements, booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and other services, and providing advice and assistance throughout the travel planning process
  • develop account and opportunity plans to coordinate the team to grow sales to advance and deliver results
  • providing excellent customer service and problem-solving skills to ensure that clients have a pleasant and stress-free experience
  • requires keeping up to date on market trends and rates in order to provide the best possible advice to clients
  • involves managing client accounts and providing detailed invoices and records of all travel arrangements.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 2-6 years of relevant experience in B2B and Travel Sales/Ops
  • Demonstrated level of success in the development of client relationships
  • High energy and drive with good negotiation skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with capacity to conduct both formal and informal presentations to clients and prospects
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the region
